Facilitator Training
Facilitator training is a program designed to teach basic counselling and facilitation skills. Volunteers are also asked to attend quarterly facilitator meetings where we will share our challenges, successes, progress and programming ideas. Volunteers will be provided with two binders. One binder will contain all program information and the other will include all training materials.
Once trained facilitators will be able to run regional support groups or any of Epilepsy Niagara's many programs.
