Recreation Program
This group provides those living with epilepsy a temporary refuge from dealing with the day to day realities of living with epilepsy, create peer connections, decrease isolation, depressive issues and increase socialization.
This will be a recreational group guided by the members themselves. Facilitators will ask the group to name themselves and also to suggest activities they would like to try such as yoga, games, mediation, crafts, outing etc. The group will also decide the frequency of the meetings.
The group will run once a month from September until May 1:00pm until 3:00pm at our offices for a two hour period.
