Donations made to Epilepsy Niagara support our programs and services.  Donations $15.00 and over are eligible for a tax receipt.  In order to receive a tax receipt, we need your full name and address, including postal code.  Also, if you are sending a cheque, please ensure it is made out to Epilepsy Niagara.

Donations can also be made in person, over the phone with a credit card, or cheques can be mailed to our office.

Please do not send cash in the mail.  We are also in need of in-kind donations such as prizes for our raffles (including gift cards).
